Together Toward Love

This service will be presented in the afternoon as part of the Pittsburgh UU Assembly which will start at 8:30am. In these days of isolation and alienation, when we search far and wide for any source of unity in our lives and our nation, Unitarian Universalists gravitate toward community.  We need one another, now as much as we ever did.  And yet, being UU isn’t just about being in community.  It’s about what the community points us toward – how that community transforms us as individuals and a society.  Pulling from the first chapter of “Love at the Center,” and deepening some of the analysis that went into it, we’ll consider what it means to be in relationship to that which transforms us, together, as Unitarian Universalists.
