Join us on Friday, February 21 for our monthly opportunity to do our part for the health of the planet – and for our own health, too. Just bring a plant-based dish to share (no meat, fish, fowl, eggs, dairy – you know the drill) and join us at 7 pm in the Fellowship Hall.
Bethany Thornton and Megan Lindeman will facilitate a discussion of the book, “How Not to Die”, by Dr. Michael Greger, which promotes plant-based eating for optimal health. There’ll be yummy eats, lively conversation, and a chance to explore veg cooking and dining. Everyone welcome!
