Start the new church year in Green Sanctuary style as one of our Environmental Justice partners, the Center for Coalfield Justice, will be here to do “allyship training”. Working one-on-one with people impacted by environmental injustice will be the most important aspect of our Green Sanctuary certification. Plus, it’s a meaningful way to put our values into action and help our neighbors just south of us in Washington and Greene Counties. Learn how to connect with and be of service to this population during this training. (Note: this is the makeup session for the one cancelled due to illness earlier this summer.) Come one, come all!
